We are searching for a recruitment manager to oversee all human resources responsibilities of the recruitment process. You will be in charge of all HR affairs throughout the organization, including employee processes, people policies, performance reviews, disciplinary action, and so on.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement HR plans and activities consistent with the overall business strategy.
- You can bridge the gap between management and employee relations by resolving requests, grievances, or other concerns.
- Control the hiring and selection process.
- Support present and future company need through developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human resources.
- Develop and oversee the organization’s overall HR strategy, methods, tactics, and procedures.
To function successfully in this capacity, you should have previous experience as an HR Manager or other senior responsibilities in the HR team and be aware of all regulatory requirements.
