Should have experience working as F&B controller for at least 2 to 3 years in high volume bar / pubs / clubs or restaurants
Should be head strong into all controlling process, suggesting management for various improvements into the system, applying new techniques to control of pilferages, shortages or even excess stocks.
Salary: 16000 – 20000
