Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills
Resolving phone and email customer inquiries
Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries
Updating customer information as required
Maintaining confidentiality of information
Providing outstanding customer service
Requirements:
Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu & Kannada
Strong Communication Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service
